Taught by both swimming coaches\, and triathlon coaches\, you will be well equipped for the season. \nThese workshops are a fantastic opportunity for you to improve your swimming skills and get ready for the summer season. \nPlease make sure you bring your goggles\, and feel free to bring a hot drink for afterwards. \nWe understand that everyone has their own preferences\, so please wear what is required for your event\, or what you feel most comfortable in. If you prefer to wear a wetsuit\, please make sure it is suitable for swimming\, not surfing. \nYou must be comfortable swimming front crawl with your face in the water. \nWorkshops are £30 each. \nThe sessions will be interactive and start on land\, with the first part focusing on theory and the second part on practical training in the water.
